Need Information about package

Hi,
I received my disney package today and i was wondering if anyone could answer some questions i have.....I bought the ultimate park hopper tickets, it says it's good for MK, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Disney Sports Complex and all water parks...I ask before if the ultimate package had Disney Quest in the package and the travel agency said yes....Has anyone else bought this package a had Disney Quest included???Now when i ask the travel agent she says she don't know.....Also i have a voucher for feature exchange, disney selection, the travel agent say you get to choose from three different choices but she didn't know what, does anyone know what your choice are???One last question they also gave me a feature exchange disney trading pins with lanyards, it also says that only two pins per room if i have four vouchers can i not use all of them???I would ask my travel agent again but she seems not to know what she is doing or just has a lack of information...She's not very friendly either....

I'm assuming you are going in 2003 and not 2004 since you were told about lanyard and pins. This is the 2003 package info taken from the Disneyworld.com website.

Hi,
I forgot i wanted to ask one last question, if they say you can only have two disney pins per room does that mean i can't use all four of the vouchers???I just don't understand why they would give me four if i can only use two....

the pin lanyard is a strap that you can attach your pins to.

disney quest is included as previously mentioned.

the voucher should be a choice feature which are described below
the pin and lanyard sets are something different.

and i feel awful sorry for you because as a travel agent, i would never tell a client i didn't know-because if i didn't know i would find the answer.

I'm not sure about the vouchers but since it states two pins per room, I would think you will only get two.

Actually didn't see it before, but I guess you also get lanyards and pins with the 2004 package as well. There may not be a lot of difference in the packages. Looks like the only difference are luggage tags for each person and a choice of the Disney Character poster.
