Need info QUICK!

I booked our cruise 1 year ago for stateroom 6060 and we sail 9/19/02. Disney called and left me a message at work that there are upgrading our room to 8024. The problem I have is we were soooo excited with room 6060 right in the middle of the ship with a clear veranda. When I called Disney to check on luggage and things, the agent went on and on about how that was one of the best cabins other than a suite....now we will be in room 8024. Does anyone know anything about this room? What do you all think...supposedly this is an upgrade???

From the layout of the ship, it looks like a really nice location--just a couple doors down from the Disney suites.

8024 is a Deluxe Family stateroom w/ Verandah. Cat 4.

From the deck plans, it looks like it adjoins with a one bedroom suite. It also looks like it should have a clear verandah. It should have about 304 sq ft. Looks like it's under the adult quiet pool, so you shouldn't have too much noise.

The major difference from the room that you had is about 36 sq ft more floor space.
