Need info quick about Fort Meyers Area

Just got a call from my brother-he is a trucker-he is going to be in Fort Meyers in a couple of hours and has a day to spare before loading up and heading on his way again.
He is looking for a great place to stay and wonders what there is to do around there!
He is in his mid twenties and his girlfiend is with him. He likes to have a good time!
Keep in mind he needs to get around in a big rig so he needs easy access!
If anyone has any ideas/recommendations ect please post..I am going to search the net quick and call him back as I am heading off to work right away.

I live in Ft. Myers. He can go to the beach. Ft. Myers beach is about an hours drive and Sanibel Island is about 60-90 minutes away. I'm not too familiar with accomodations, though.
