Need info on Hulk and Dueling Dragon Coasters...

My son wants me to ride these with him. I don't mind "regular" coasters (for those on the East Coast "Steel Force" at Dorney Park is my speed) but I'm a little nervous about these.

Tell the truth...how scarey are they and about how long is the ride???

I didn't do Hulk, but I did do both sides of Dueling Dragons and didn't think either one was that scary They were VERY smooth, I think two of the smoothest coasters I've ever been on. They're both only about 50 seconds in duration, and I thought Rock 'n Roller at MGM studios WDW was more intense than either side. To me, the Ice side was less intense even though it has more inversions. The Fire side was faster and seemed to give more G's.

If you don't want to be scared, stay away from the first car of Ice. I found the visual of the near misses to be terrifying. My brother rates this ride (front row of Ice) as his favorite coaster ever - and he has been on quite of few.

The first drop of Hulk is a doozy - the rest of the ride wasn't too bad and actually seemed kinda slow (as in not fast).

IMHO, neither coaster are for the faint of heart. But I would ride them again in a heartbeat!!

If you have ridden Steel Force you will be fine on these coasters. Not as much 'airtime' as Steel Force but they are both GREAT rides and definately not to be missed if you like coasters!

I have to agree, both coasters are awesome. Hulk is really smooth (except the back). If you have time, try both sides of DD.The ride is over before you know it, too short! Also the 2nd seat of DD is nearly as good as the front but the wait time is shorter.

I only rode the HULK coaster and it was pretty mild if you ask me!!!
