Need info on Courtyard - Downtown Disney

I finally did it. I got a deal I couldn't pass up and booked at the Courtyard Downtown Disney Aug 10-15!
Now I've got a bunch of questions, most of them related to the "Disney yet not Disney" factor:

If I buy a PHP can I park free at other Disney resorts?

Can I charge to my room?

Can I have stuff delivered to my room free?

If we buy a PHP in advance (not at the Hotel), can we still do E night?

Is it better to use the DTD hotel transportation, or walk to DTD and use the Disney transportation, or just use my car (we're driving)?

I've got a million more, but that's a good start.

No, you cannot charge to your room.

Can I have stuff delivered to my room free?

No, what I did was have stuff delivered to the gate areas and picked it up there at the park.

If we buy a PHP in advance (not at the Hotel), can we still do E night?

I would assume so, I have done e-night with an AP while staying at DTD hotels.

Is it better to use the DTD hotel transportation, or walk to DTD and use the Disney transportation, or just use my car (we're driving)?

Remember that DTD buses no longer go directly to the park.
