Need info-how to transfer points...

Mods, please put this in the correct site.
I am pondering a post to transfer points. I have never done this.
Can you tell me how to go about this ?

I'm not a mod but
If you read the sticky's at the top of the rent trade board you will find the rules and how to post your points. You can also read some of the other posts and get an idea of how to work your posting.

I'm not sure if you are doing this for a "rental" type situation or not from your post.

If you are looking for a transfer from a "stranger" or to a "stranger", yes, read the Rent/Trade forum stickies.

If you are doing a transfer from one Member to another - say with a family or friend that is a Member, you can conference call Member Services with the other owner for their assistance

It would be a post saying I have points to transfer
to another DVC member.

Hi, new rules came into effect 7/24/10 you need 50 post , not hit and runs making the 50 post in two days. Thats what ive been told. They are trying to take away the scammers on the site which i would assume their are some. Anyway i hope this helps. Bye the way they would like the people using disboards to add the general discussions on the boards..

Yes, then definately go to the Rent/Trade forum here and go over the sticky notes.

They will give you all the info you will need to post your points. If you are still stuck, PM a Mod for assistance.

Thankfully the poster has 1,424 posts - so I think they are going to be OK.
