need info about resorts onsite

aside from the popular resorts, is there another resort onsite? we were down there driving to saratoga springs and passed by what we thought was a private resort. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it. Does anyone have any idea?

there are the treehouse villas? those arent a resort, i think some international CM stay there.

across the way is the buena vista palace(i think) it's part of the downtown disney hotels.

I think we'd need a bit more info to answer your question....there aren't any 'private' resorts on Disney property, but then again I'm not sure what you meant by 'private'.

Many of the Disney resorts are set back from the main roads, and you'd have to go through an entrance gate to get to them....is that what you saw, maybe? I can think of several resorts where you'd only see the security gate from the main road. Can you describe it a bit more?

Each of Disney's 22 owned-and-operated resorts is "popular," so we don't really know what you mean.

Bonnet Creek may be what you are thinking of..

It's a couple of resort and time share properties that are actually very very close to Disney land because the original owner of that land wouldn't sell... it actually juts into the Disney property quite a ways.

But it's not owned or operated by Disney and the two squabble frequently over road rights etc.

THANK YOU!!! I do believe it is Bonnet Creek. By popular I meant AKL,FW,Pop,ASM,ASsports,ASMo,GF,Cont,Boardwalk, ones like that. Bonnet Creek I really think is the one I am thinking of.

Bonnett Creek is not that close to SSR - it is over near CBR.

the only one near to SSR is OKW.
