Need inexpensive scarves

I need to buy 3 scarves for a school Christmas concert. Has anyone seen them anywhere especially cheap? I'd prefer plain red, or red/green stripe, but any three that match would be fine.

Could they be fleece? You could just get a bit of fleece fabric at Joann's etc. No sewing involved, you could fringe the ends if you wanted.

fleece is 1/2 off this week. Have them cut 3 pieces (I think they are 8" each, but they should know.)

Then fringe the edges. Cut in about 4" 8 or so times. Give each strip a good pull and it will twist a bit.

Should cost $5-$6 for all of them. Fleece doesn't fray so there is no need to hem it.

i've seen scarves like that at our dollar tree, you might want to check there.
