Need Ideas to Decorate A Work Area- Construction Party

Hello All!

I have been given a task at work that has to be completed by Sunday night, so I am reaching out to the experts.

Here's the deal.

We have approximately 140 desks... they are cubicles. Our department is going through some system upgrades as well as we are participating in some pilots. So, in order to become more "festive" my manager has given me a budget of $75 to transform my area to look like we are truly under "construction". I have no other sources of funds, what idea can you think up? I thought of some caution tape, perhaps some black and orange streams for the tops of the desks, but I am drawing a blank for anything else.

I wish I would have seen this post sooner, I work for a construction company and do all the decorations/door prizes, etc. for all parties. What did you come up with?
