We are only doing 3 parks in 7 days. I need ideas of things to do on our non disney days other than pool. We will have 2 girls (7 and 9) and a son 6. My nephew is 16 months od.

Are you staying on-site? Why are you not doing all 4 parks? Is money an issue? 1st trip?

Just FYI...Take a look at the price difference between 3 day park ticket and 7 day....about $15 or so....Might be worth it vs. the cost of doing 'other' Disney things (like mini-golf or whatever) to just add that on as I believe it will end up much cheaper.

That said, if you're staying onsite - I would recommend the outdoor sing-a-long, campfire and movie at Fort Wilderness. Warning - if you don't have a car and aren't staying there it can be a bit of a pain to get to and from...but IMO - it is worth it. Free, Fun evening out under the stars....It is only at night though - so I guess that doesn't help with your plan of what to do during the days....

Oh definitely not our first trip. We are driving. Money is an issue but the main reason is because I want a trip where I don't run full force all over Disney everyday. I don't want to have to have a vacation after my vacation. DH and I went for a weekend trip last month and did Epcot and Magic Kingdom. We are staying in our non-Disney timeshare. We already have our tickets for 2 days and we will upgrade an additional park when we get there. So, we will have 3 days in the parks and 4 free days. It seems like it will be too cold to do a water park. Mini golf sounds like a good idea. I am looking for something that won't take all day. Thanks for any suggestions!

If your girls are into weird things head over to International Drive and check out the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum. It takes us a good 2 hours to make it through (sometimes longer) and it's pretty fun to check out all the stuff!

Pony rides at FW
Day trip to Cape Canaveral
Disney Quest
FWIW - I don't think it will be too cold for the water parks! :goodvibes
