Need ideas for incentives

DH and I are doing our own Biggest Loser competition. We started today and going until the end of March just before we take a weekend trip to NYC. The competition alone will motivate me because I REALLY want to beat him. However, I think we should have some kind of incentive. Money is not much of an incentive because it's all "ours" anyway. I need some good ideas for incentives. The winner gets___________ or the loser has to ___________.

How about the winner has no dish duty for 3 months. That should be something you both fight hard for. Or at least I know I sure would.

That's a great idea, but as my husband would say: That's why we have kids!

Any other ideas?
