Need ideas for DH

DH´s birthday is tomorrow. Due to work and other obligations we won´t be able to celebrate tomorrow. We have already planned for our dinner at Boma at AKL to be his birthday dinner but I´d love to do something for him next week in Orlando (preferably off Disney property) as part of his birthday present. Any ideas for something fun to do, maybe even something where the kids and I could be part of it?
He has already done one of the Daytone speedway experiences so that is not an option. I´m open to everything else though
