Need idea and hopefully a designer

I am taking a group of college kids to a conference at the Swan. (I know - I am so excited!) I would like to have a T shirt design to wear. Here is some info...Remember these are college students - both boys and girls. The Conference is AHMI 2011 (American Humanics). The college organization is Non-Profit Leadership Alliance. The college is Glenville State College. (School colors is royal blue and white.)

Any ideas???
