Need hotel help - Please!

We've stayed at the Tropican Inn & Suites multiple times and haven't had any problems. Its close to the crosswalk across Harbor and close to several restaurants and has been clean every time we've been there. We've used the laundry room also. Having the little grocery/mini mart store on the property was really nice too. Even if you arrive early they are extremely helpful and will put your luggage in their holding room until your room is ready so you can go and enjoy the parks right away.
