Never been on this board before but glad I found it. I am having a Birthday Party for my DD's 14th Birthday. She is having her 4 best friends over. We decided to do a Photo Shoot with the girls and then after make each girl a CD with the photos. I also plan on going and having a bunch of the pictures printed right away and we are going the have the girls make scrapbooks.
Here is where I need help. I have never scrapbooked in my life. Always had good intentions to do my kids books but oldest is now 16 and pics are still in boxes...
So, coming to the experts. What all do I need. I don't want to go real crazy as I these things can add up real quick. I am going to order them each a 8x8 scrapbook from Joannes. DD wants the muted tones (can't have anything to little kiddish you know)
I also found some 8x8 Friends Scrapbook paper online as well as some solids that coordinate. So, thinking of getting those - they are in the muted tones also. Do we just put pics and embellishments on the scrapbook paper and then insert in clear page cover? What do you recommend for glue?
Should I be looking at 12x12 paper they can cut or should I just stay simple and go with the 8x8 paper (which is more limited).
Any info would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.
