Need help !!

We are making our reservation for our may trip this weekend
We will be staying at disneyland hotel 4 nights one of my question is about HB premium we like the idea of prepaid meals what does that ( HBP ) include ??
Lunch and dinner ??? one or the other ??
We want to try Walt's , café mickey , anette, and l'auberge are all those included in the HBP ?

will any of the meal plans you get one voucher per night of stay. hbp includes all of those restaraunts but for what you are paying you could try maybe inventions or california grill instead of annettes and just pay to eat there on the day you leave.

Thats right, for a 4-night stay, you will get 4 HBpremium vouchers each. All your listed restaurants, apart from Annettes, is on the HB premium plan, so one voucher each will cover your meal at each of your preferred restaurant choices, for either lunch or dinner (but be aware that Walts and L'Auberge may only be open for lunch if the parks close at 7pm).

Annettes is much more modestly priced than the others, and so you may find it a struggle making HB premium worth using at Annettes (face value for HB premium is 44 euros per adult - my bill at Annettes for one adult and one child comes to less than that ).

You can use HB premium in full payment for a meal at California Grill in the Disneyland Hotel, the Yacht Club at the Newport Bay Club hotel, and also Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show in the Village.

What does it include Appetizers ? main course ( of course ) what about dessert ? .
So annettes is a lesser value right ?
If I understand right it is one voucher / per day / per adult ?
It can be taken at lunch or for dinner ?

At buffet restaurants (Inventions is a buffet) its the full buffet. At table service, I believe its 3 courses from the a la carte menu on HB premium.
So annettes is a lesser value right ?

me again is blue bayou on my list for HB premium ? Is it a good value for HBpremium ?
Is there a list where all the restaurant on HBpremium are listed ??
So difficult to make choices I would LOVE to try them all
