Need help (yes newbie)

Is there some reason I can't put a sig on, or ticker...or anything....my User CP is pretty blank...
please advise.....

You haven't finished registering. You should have received an email to confirm your registration. If you didn't get it please read the thread at the top of the list that says "If you are not fully registered.. . " Until you complete your registration you won't be able to post on any of our other boards or bling out your profile!

Sorry didn't receive said e-mail....bet it's because I have a very stubborn IPS/server that doesn't like to give up my e-mails....it gets lonely at time...but I sent a request to have them try again and hope that this time the issues of the past will be gone....
