I need Help!!!!

I'm writing a letter that I'm sticking inside my "Save The Dates" that gives my guests all the necessary info regarding hotel discounts, transportation, etc.

We are asking that they RSVP from the "Save The Dates" so that we can can get an approx number of rooms to block and in what price range (FYI - we are planning to offer room blocks, if we have enough responses, in all 3 price ranges). As you can see this little sheet of paper could help be the deciding factor if a guest will come or not, so I have to make sure I explain and accentuate the positives of staying at the Disney resorts w/out writing a book.

Does anyone have anything that they can share that might help me in this process???? I would be forever grateful!!!! :worship: :worship: :worship:

Benfits of staying at a Disney resort would be:

Extra magic hours
Free parking at Disney Parks
Disney Buses & monorails

I would list the value, moderate, and delux rates

Not sure what else.....Is the wedding block room discounted? Is the discount better than AAA discount?

Maybe you can designate a particular travel agent and have the sheet refer them to them, then you cna tell t he travel agent what you want them to steer people to? T

I would mention the Magical Express service because that is one of the perks of staying onsite. I would choose what hotels you are picking from the block and list what they amenities they include so guests have an idea of the difference between value, moderate..... HTH I can't think of anything else right now!

Thanks, dakcp2001 for your reply.

However, maybe I need to be a little more clear. I know of all the benefits of staying in a disney resort at WDW, but I am curious how other brides "worded" their information sheet explaining to guest unfamiliar with disney.

Shezfrombermuda: I agree, the Magical Express is def. something we are going to highlight as well as the Resorts and the discounts you get from each tier. I am just looking to see if anyone has done something like this before. If so, I would love to see how they wrote it all out.

Thanks!!!!

I was searching for newsletters to get some ideas on what to put on mine and how people worded theirs. I think it was Vanessa (figmentfan814 or 816?) that sent out an initial newsletter with information on it and an RSVP to get an idea of how many people were interested in going. Her newsletters are very well written and professional looking. Maybe these could help.
