Thank you ALL for this information. I wanted to follow up as we have returned from our trip. We were there Oct 20-22. As some background, we live 1 hr from WDW and go often (annual pass, DVC) and have not had any issues with Virtual Queue for ROTR at HS. Thanks to all the input here we were able to get both WS and ROTR each day during this trip. Always enjoy ROTR and WS was interesting but none of us were wowed by it (
Legoland here in FL had a similar ride - at least a few years ago it was still there). Anyway, we both tried on our phones (in am while staying at Grand Californian) and in the parks for the noon try. Kept hitting Refresh button as directed. All worked out. MUCH appreciated!!!
