Need help with trip plans!

I'm trying to plan a trip for next year to USO/IOA and possibly Sea World. I was wondering if anyone knows how the crowds are at the end of Feb. & if the weather is warm enough for the rides with water. Thanks!

I ran a history search for weather as we are travelling in march and feb/mar seems to be high of 80 and low of high 60s so for me thats a nice and hot and I think the crowds are pretty normal ie not heaving but not quiet

If Mardi Gras is going on, then the crowds are busier. Otherwise Feb is fairly quiet. The weather can flucuate greatly. Sometimes it's warm, sometimes you need a jacket.
