Need Help with TIPPING

We tip, ok? So I am not interested in a philosophical discussion of tipping. We tip. We tip most everybody-- bell staff, valets, housekeeping, bartenders... But I have two questions:

do you tip:
TS servers when paying with DDP? (materials all say different things abnout tips being included)

ME drivers?

ME Drivers - YES, and i'm sure you'll hear all about it from teh driver about how you're supposed to tip them.

DDP servers - 17% tip is included when you use your TS credits - some people tip more if they think the service deserves it.

I thought it was 18% on the DDP, but regardless, we usually leave a little more to bring it to 20% unless the service wasn't great.

Yes, we would tip ME as well.
