Need help with Ticker Factory

I see so many signatures with ticker factory timelines, so I'm trying to add that to my signature. I figured out how to do the ticker factory, but how do I get it added to my signature? The website says to cut and paste to my signature, but there are 3 options to choose from. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions?
