Need help with the name of a condo complex

Each time we stay off Formosa Gardens Blvd., we take the Sherbeth Rd. shortcut to get to the parks. As soon as we turn, I always notice the condos on the left there and think how much quicker it would be to get to the parks from there. Anybody know what the name of that complex is?

Nevermind, found it on Google. It's Silver Lakes resort and it's a lot more expensive than the pool house we rented this year at Indian Creek. Saving 5 minutes of driving is definitely not worth that

Yep, that's it. It's a timeshare as opposed to individual ownership, so is likely a "cheaper" option only for those who own there or trade into it.

Try looking on Ebay.. sometimes people put their weeks up on Ebay to since they may not be able to travel.. I have gotten really awesome deals on timeshare weeks.. it never hurts to give it a shot.. just be sure they have excellent feedback since chances are you will be booking more than 60 days out. I think 60 days in the limit you can put in a claim if something is wrong with your transaction..

I think I'm a little too nervous to book that way. We rented a 5 bedroom pool home a few weeks ago that was only $625/week. There will only be 3-4 of us, but we may stay there again anyway.

They do often have specials but you have to attend a time share presentation with it. It is a nice resort. We stayed there in June and booked through Armed Forces Vacation Club. Well worth it IMHO.

Sure, it was a 5 bedroom/4 bath in Indian Creek, 3 miles from Disney property. It had a pool, a hot tub and a game room. It was a ranch style with a lot of room and everything you would need in the kitchen. I will be renting for them again next year. That price is before taxes, but no cleaning fee if you stay 7 days or less. We ended up paying $807 with everything included for 8 nights.

The drive was about 7 minutes to AK, 10 to DHS and 15 to Epcot and MK(Parking lot). Everything was in great condition. Only thing that could be of concern to people who watch tv in their bedroom a lot was that the tvs in the two smaller bedrooms were 20". All the tvs were regular and not flat screen. The one in the living room was a decent size and the other 2 bedrooms were 26". They have Time Warner Cable and the wireless internet worked well. We really liked that the kitchen had lots of pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, etc. We cooked a few meals to save some money. It is not Disney themed, but the designs are pretty.
