Need Help with Surprise Trip for Xmas present

Hi everyone,

My husband and I have paid for and planned a trip to WDW in January/February 2016. Part of the plan was for this to be the large gift for the 3 kids for Christmas morning.

So far, I have bought them all Disney related suitcases and each has a Disney t-shirt that will be in the suitcase.

I really wanted to have a letter in there from Mickey and Minnie that says we heard you are coming, can't wait to see you etc - I have found some great samples online but have no idea how to actually make one.

I was also looking to do an itinerary book or something of the sort based on our plans for each day.

I originally was told by Disney that we would have our Magic Bands before Xmas as long as I paid the trip off by 12/1/15....now they are saying we won't get them until the 1st week of January. I don't really want to pay for any Magic Bands from Disney since I get them for free after booking but we REALLY need 3 bands to have in the suitcase as well to surprise the kids.

So, first, can any of you help me out with getting all of this done? Also, any suggestions or ideas of how to do this surprise is greatly appreciated!

Hi! Thank you!

I like the Polynesian Resort Welcome letter - but we are staying at Art of Animation. Would you be able to do one for that resort? If so, could you do 3 separate letters - one for Camryn (female), one for Nick, and one for Zoe. Instead of saying Welcome to Art of Animation - maybe say something like, we are so excited to hear you will be staying at Art of Animation - so more future oriented.

These would be great in the suitcase to tell them where they are going. Camryn and Nick have been many times before so you don't have to say a number on the trip....this is Zoe's first trip. We are going on January 30, 2016 for 1 week.

Please let me know if this makes sense and if you need any further info!

Thank you so much! You have no idea how great this surprise is going to be for my kids - and these letters will add to the surprise!

How long will they be up and available to me? I am going to go to a local printer shop and get it printed out really nice and on cardstock.
