Need help with stroller rental

It has been a hot minute since I have had to rent a stroller on Disney property. I am helping someone plan a Disney trip with two little kids. Is there a company that is allowed to just to drop off strollers with bell services? A few that unused previously to do not have bell service drop.off

Scooterbug is the vendor permitted to drop off/pick up from bell services.

I've used them for a few trips to rent doubles as we don't own a double stroller. The one downside is that the CityMini Double stroller they have is not the GT.
