Need HELP with quick meals at home

I just made this tonight bacon chicken baked potatoes and the kids love it. The chicken was from big batch of cook chicken I froze in portion. Chicken, rice and beans is easy to cook. When doubt have some hamburger patties from the freeze and boil corn.

Quick fish tacos. If you have a store that carries a bagged Chopped Southwest Salad, get that, tortillas, shredded cheese and your favorite frozen fish. About 3 minutes of actual work, and 20 minutes or so to bake the fish. Delish and superfast!

Of course planning is the key. I usually take a sunday and food shop in the morning, getting everything i need for that day. I'll cook a turkey in the oven, a ham or roast in the crockpot, and chicken cutlets in a frypan. There you have: one turkey dinner, one night of hot turkey sandwiches, a roast dinner, chicken cutlets one night, chicken parm another, plus all the leftovers. Tacos, fajitas, sandwiches, or just leftovers over rice or noodles, and you have just about the whole week covered. Excepting, of course, pizza day on friday as a treat.

Spiral ham is another easy meal. I just picked up two when they were $1.69 a lb. for Easter. Since they are already cooked, you just need to warm them up. I have one in the crockpot now, made scalloped potatoes this morning and will roast broccoli 10 minites before we eat. Can't get much easier.

I will also have a ton of leftovers, so will make the following in the coming days...

Ham and Potato Soup
Ham and Cheese Quiche
Ham and Eggs
Fried in some EVOO with sliced potatoes, onions and peppers
