Need help with Priceline-London

Has anyone here used Priceline for hotel rooms in London, UK?
I can´t believe the rates posted on Tripadvisor. Nice hotels have avarage rates at around $400 a night!!!

Need 3 rooms for 3 nights in September and thought Priceline might be the way to go this time.

Any ideas?
