Need Help with Poly

Love love love the Poly. I am booked for August 23 to 30. I have the stay for 7 pay for 4 deal. Good time to try concierge. However they have room in the Hawaii building. On the map this looks far from bus stop and Great ceremonial house......I really need you guys that have been there to talk to me.....I need to make the decision today if I want to get that room. How far in minutes walking is the Hawaii building from the Great Ceremonial House and the bus stop? Have always stayed at Rarotonga building, which is right next to the GC HOuse.

DO IT!!!!

It's only a three minute walk (at most) from the GCH, you truly won't even notice the difference.

I just got back and stayed in Tahiti (the far end, closest to the ferry) and I walked every morning to the GCH to get my coffee. It is not a far walk at all. It was actually very enjoyable. I would definitely do it!!!!!!

GO FOR IT !!!

As ducklite said, it's only maybe three minutes to GCH. And a very pretty, enjoyable walk ! The boat dock is much less (my personal fave) but the walk to TTC is about ten minutes +.

Both the volcano and the quiet pool are just outside your door -- we had a ground floor garden view with the quiet pool literally steps away from our patio. Best of all: THAT view from the lounge - the castle is a joy to see first thing in the morning and last thing at night !

You'll find pixie dust there for sure !

We stayed in Hawaii for the 1st time last Nov. and it was great. We are going back in Sept. - can't wait. Everything at the Polynesian is very convenient. The pool is steps out the door from Hawaii and the GCH is just beyond the pool. TTC is a little further but it's a beautiful walk. Even with 3 kids in tow stopping to look at every lizard and tiki that crossed our path it never took longer than 7-10 minutes.

We stayed in the hawaii building and love it. I had read about the resorts being so spread out so I too worried about this type of thing. When we got there I found that the resort is not that big. At least not while your staying in Hawaii. I think your going to have a great time. Have a great trip.
