We will be going to DL for the first time in Oct. DH and I are involved in the Long Beach 5K/Inline Marathon and are spending 5 days in the area. We are renting a car. We want to spend one day at DL. We have an old park hopper with one day left and I just read on Mousesavers that you can now use this toward a one day park hopper at DL. My question is, can we get to both DL parks in one day without going crazy or killing ourselves??? :rotfl2: I guess I just don't know how to plan for DL! I feel like a fish out of water with my DL planning compared to knowing every in and out of WDW!

We want to see as much of DL as we can, but do want to have some quality there as well as quantity in what we see. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

THANKS!!!! :goodvibes

If by "both parks" you mean DL and DCA, you can do both in one day but will miss a lot. If you want to try, I would recommend you do DL more seriously and hit the highlight rides at DCA for maybe two hours. Not to be missed at DCA is Soarin Over CA. The other top rides are TOT, CA Screamin, and Grizzly RR.

If you want to pack in as much as possible, and you are not familiar with the parks, I would highly recommend buying RideMax www.ridemax.com. See my comments on Ridemax here on post #7: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=847633

I do have RideMax and am having fun planning.

Can I hold Fastpasses from both parks at the same time?

You just answered my question in another thread. Thanks!
