Need Help with Ornament Replacement

Not sure if this was the right forum for my question. But while undecorating the tree today and not sure how it happened, I dropped my white Mickey head ornament that was for our 10th anniv.

How do I get in touch with the Christmas store in Downtown to see about ordering another and getting it shipped to me? I would also like to send them a picture so it can be duplicated.

bump for you. I broke ours from last years trip. I was so sad. I know I can get another one when we go back but it was still sad.

Thanks. I did shed some tears and if things work out we will be going in May and I can replace it then. But still not the same.
