Need help with one day car rental info

Good morning.

This is a first for me, and I don't know where to start.
We will be a party of 2 adults. We are leaving Disney on a Thursday and driving to a cousins house in West Palm. We will be staying by her and leaving from PBI. We only need a car to get from Disney to her house.

Can we rent a car directly from the Disney's Boardwalk? How do we go about that?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

You can rent a car at the Dolphin or Car Care Center. Alamo has a rental counter at both locations.

Also most of the car rental companies that are on Disney (including Hotel Blvd) have shuttles to bring you to them, if necessary, usually a call an hour ahead or the day before to schedule. Rates can vary WIDELY, definitely pays to look at lots of options. Once you find one that is OK book it, you can always cancel.
