Hi, During our recent stay at the BCV we had a problem in the 2-bedroom that we stayed in and then a problem getting engineering to respond. So we were told by the hotel manager to write a letter to Mr. Bill Thompson(General manager for the Beach and Yacht Resorts) and call DVC. I have called DVC and explained all that happened, I was assured that someone would contact me within a couple of days. It has been over a week and no one has called me. So I am sending the letter to Mr. Thompson and would like to CC to DVC. I have "heard" the name Carley mentioned on the DIS boards. Is this the person I need to CC and does anyone know the last name?? Or have a FAX number to send the CC to?? Any help is much appreciated. We own BCV points and I am trying to improve the system for responding to inroom problems while vacationing at the BCV. Thanks, Joan
