I jumped on the bandwagon for the little Halloween containers with 800 Mypoints. However, I never got the pop-up saying the points would be credited to my account. I read the thread where this happened to a few other people, but I know one person stated that she just had to send them the confirmation number, sounds so simple. (They don't seem to want mine!)
I've emailed member services 3 times now, and all I can get back from them is a "standard" form letter saying that you must wait 20 days for points per dollar offer to show up from Mypoints shopping. I can't seem to make them understand that everyone elsa has gotten their points overnight, and that this was not a standard shopping points offer.
Does anyone have any advise for me? I'm happy I got the Tupperware in time for Halloween, but Mypoints is making me mad at this point!
