Need help with Mypoints membercare regarding Tupperware points!

I jumped on the bandwagon for the little Halloween containers with 800 Mypoints. However, I never got the pop-up saying the points would be credited to my account. I read the thread where this happened to a few other people, but I know one person stated that she just had to send them the confirmation number, sounds so simple. (They don't seem to want mine!)

I've emailed member services 3 times now, and all I can get back from them is a "standard" form letter saying that you must wait 20 days for points per dollar offer to show up from Mypoints shopping. I can't seem to make them understand that everyone elsa has gotten their points overnight, and that this was not a standard shopping points offer.

Does anyone have any advise for me? I'm happy I got the Tupperware in time for Halloween, but Mypoints is making me mad at this point!

This is happening to me. I ordered something and did not get the 800 points. I did email them with the confirmation number and was told that I will receive the points when they send out the tupperware.
 
Hi, andychris! You were the one (from the other thread) that they actually asked for confirmation. They just sent me the standard "you must wait for points per dollar awards". I replied back to them that this was a banner for a specific number of points, not a points per dollar spent. I already received my Tupperware, and still nothing. I wonder if I should call them?
 
I had this same problem with another offer. I was supposed to get the pop-up screen saying I was credited with the points but it did not appear. I e-mailed them and they told me the same thing they told you--will be credited in 20 days. The points were not automatically credited after 20 days so I e-mailed them again and sent my confirmation and they did add the points. So you may have to e-mail them again after the waiting period but you should eventually get your points.
 

I always end up emailing MyPoints at least three times before they credit me with my shopping points. I think I've only had an automatic credit 3 or 4 times. Else, it's a lot of work! But, eventually, if you keep pestering them enough, they do give you your points! And, I love those webbies! So, I guess it is worth it in the end.

Please see the BBB post I did today. I am so glad to hear it is not just me (although I am sorry you are all having problems). Everytime I buy something I have a problem, and get a standard email back. I really thought I was doing something wrong
 
this was not an automatic pop up you had to click on the link to make the 800 point box pop up. That being said I still think you are entitled to your points. And I really hope you get them.

Although if you did not click on the link that said "Mypoints members clcik here for your points" they may have grounds not to give them to you.


I hope in good faith they do give them to you.

I never saw a link that said to click here for your points. I wonder if I overlooked that, or if it never appeared.

Anyway, I just checked my email, and had one from member services saying that "We have completed crediting your account with the correct number of Points. Please allow 5 full business days to view the correction to your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience but thank you for your
understanding".

So I apologize if I did something wrong ~ and I hope my points do show up soon.

I was most frustrated that they did not address my problem, any reply sent was only a "standard" form type reply.

If you got the page that said thank you for your order then you got the link it was on that page.
You probably just missed it I almost did I was waiting for a pop up

Glad you got your points.

But keep this in mind next time and look for the link I know I will.
