Hi. I need help LOL. The following is my plan for me, DH, DS(11). I'm open to any suggestions you have about anything I have listed. I have picked places we have never been before. Thanks in advance for your help!!

Nov 20 Check in Cape May 7pm
Nov 21 (AK) Boma 6:10p or Tutto Italia 8:15pm
Nov 22 (EP) Biergarten 6:40pm
Nov 23 (MK) Ohana 10:40am
Nov 24 1900 Park Fare 7:25pm or Hoop Dee Doo??
Nov 25 (HS) Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic 4:15pm
Nov 26 (MK) BOG 11:55am and Ohana 8:25pm
Nov 27 Check out

Since you have Ohana on 11/26, maybe switch out Ohana on 11/23 to Chef Mickeys or Crystal Palace, or even 1900 Park Faire. I personally didnt care for H&V and would switch that out to Mama Melrose Fantasmic if you could.

Or do Hollywood Brown Derby instead of H&V.

I would not do Ohana's twice. I would do whispering canyon for breakfast on the 23rd (still a mk resort and possibly earlier).
I would do Boma on the 21 since you will already be going to Epcot on the 22nd. The 24th I would do hoop dee doo unles DS is waaaay into Cinderella. If she is then stick to your guns.

Thanks y'all. The only reason I am leaning towards keeping the 23rd Ohana is because of my son loving Stitch. If I keep it and let the dinner Ohana go what do you suggest? Will more dining open up the closer we get? I have the H&V booked because it was either that or nothing for Fantasmic. Is there somewhere we should try that I don't have listed? We aslo have PH but if there is no need for them I may drop them.

Are you looking for buffets or all-you-care-to-eat restaurants? I limit us to one or two off those a week because the did quality is just not as great as a regularsit down restaurant where they cook your food to order.

I would keep both ohana too. breakfast and dinner are COMPLETELY different experiences, different menus (obviously) but just different atmospheres too with one being characters and one not. Both are highly coveted ADRs, dont' let them go until you are sure.

I would do Boma over Tutto Italia
I would keep H&V, it is also a very highly coveted ADR getting lots of good reviews for the seasonal dine and you get to see mickey, minnie, donald, daisy and goofy in their christmas outfits (Santa Goofy has huge lines during the xmas party at MK)

really I think your plan is great. I would do HDDR but only because I am doing it. Do you want a show or do you want another character meal?

I would not change anything!!

You have a lot of buffet and AYCTE meals. Was this intentional? I think I would try to change H&V to Mama Melrose for my Fantasmic package.

I think 'Ohana breakfast is fun, would not change it.

I liked Boma, but would consider dropping it if you are looking fo Italian. My DD just returned and with the exception of Narcoossees, thought Tratorria al Forno was her favorite meal. If you want to check out AKL, well, that is a different story.

For your 'Ohana meal at 8:25, bear in mind that the restaurant is notorious for running late.

lol I just had tortellini with vodka sauce and shrimp and scallops in a garlic butter sauce for dinner last night. I never want to eat italian on vacation, it is just too easy to get (and make) at home. But the stuff on Boma is stuff I never make (or can find) at home.

Yes there are a lot of aycte places but she's got pretty much my top choices! as long as you don't treat every meal like your last one it should be fine :)

And now you see my problem! LOL!

With an 11 year old son, instead of Hoop Dee Doo or Park Faire on the 24th you might want to go to Whispering Canyon. He might really enjoy the jokes and would be less expensive than Hoop Dee Doo. I haven't done either one though so you would have to read reviews of them both to see if it something your family would like. I was just trying to give you another option.

Nov 20 Check in Cape May 7pm If you're staying in the Boardwalk area, this is a great plan provided that you allow plenty of time for delays in arrival time. I like to give myself a 3 hour cushion between anticipated arrival time and 1st ADR. Also....if you're staying elsewhere and relying on Disney transportation, allow yourself plenty of time to get to the Beach Club. It's not always the easiest to get to from another resort. I enjoy Cape May and I hope you will, too!
Nov 21 (AK) Boma 6:10p or Tutto Italia 8:15pm I'd stick with the AK theme and convenience of location and go to Boma. You could spend a lovely evening at the AK, enjoying the viewing areas and the ambience of the resort.
Nov 22 (EP) Biergarten 6:40pm Ah, one of my favorites! Love the entertainment during dinner.
Nov 23 (MK) Ohana 10:40am And another one. Fantastic breakfast and characters!
Nov 24 1900 Park Fare 7:25pm or Hoop Dee Doo?? Your DS11 would probably enjoy HDDR and the silly humor that seems tailor-made for a older kid. It would be a fun Thanksgiving meal for sure.
Nov 25 (HS) Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic 4:15pm I like H&V and I also like Mama Melrose. If this was not part of a fantasmic package, I would suggest Sci-Fi for burgers, fries, shakes, and the atmosphere. My boys love it.
Nov 26 (MK) BOG 11:55am and Ohana 8:25pm Love BOG lunch, especially the tuna nicoise salad. And 'Ohana...our FAVORITE last night dinner!
Nov 27 Check out This is the only thing I don't like that you put on your list! LOL

We must have very similar tastes. You've picked many of my favorites!

My suggestions are in red:

Nov 20 Check in Cape May 7pm

Nov 21 (AK) Boma 6:10p or Tutto Italia 8:15pm >>>i'd go for Tutto Italia. Great italian food!

Nov 22 (EP) Biergarten 6:40pm

Nov 23 (MK) Ohana 10:40am

Nov 24 1900 Park Fare 7:25pm or Hoop Dee Doo?? >>>i'd go for Hoop Dee Doo, or even Whispering Canyon.

Nov 25 (HS) Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic 4:15pm >>>I'd pass on H&V and eat maybe at scifi or 50's, then get in the regular queue for Fantasmic. Your DS11 would LOVE Scifi! My DS16 still loves it there!

Nov 26 (MK) BOG 11:55am and Ohana 8:25pm >>>i'd skip ohana dinner and maybe go somewhere else (explanation on ohana dinner below)

Nov 27 Check out

Definitely keep breakfast at ohana, esp if he loves stitch. The characters are wonderful! And the food is good. :) I didnt care for the dinner at ohana, food quality was not good...slimy wings, dry meat, dry potstickers (and this was for a 530pm ADAR!)...but its true that breakfast and dinner at this place are two totally different experiences. Still, I'd skip ohana dinner and maybe try some place else.

Thanks Everyone!!! Ya'll have been super helpful. No I didn't intentionally set out to have that many buffets but it is proving hard to get around it. Last night we sat down and this is pretty close to the final order.

11/20 Cape May
11/21 Boma
11/22 Biergarton
11/23 Ohana
11/24 Hoop Dee Doo (DS is too excited over this)
11/25 H&V
11/26 BOG Lunch, Ohana Dinner
11/27 1900 Park Fare breakfast (this is for me lol)

I'm trying to not freak out over the amount of buffets for the exact reason someone mentioned above, but once I started my research and even with ya'lls help I feel that these are pretty good choices. Ya'll have no idea how much you helped me. Thank you!!!! I will definitely report back after our trip to tell you my opinion!! Today is our 60 Days and I am too excited!!!!
