need help with MNSSHP costumes

We are going to MNSSHP this year and my husband and I need help finding our costumes or at least patterns to make our costumes. I need Little Bo peep and I need Zurg for my DH. Does anyone know where we can get these outfits without spedning a ton of money? Thanks!!

I really can't help too much with finding costumes but I just wanted to let you know to be careful with flowing capes such as Zurgs. I know the parks have rules about costumes for safety reasons. Capes can be stepped on in the dark and could get caught on rides. That said I did see people with flowing costumes during MNSSHP. Just thought I would let you know. Have DH be careful not to get stuck or stepped on!
