Need help with MDE. Trouble having info from one acct show up on another

A couple months of ago, I added an 18+ to my planning party. I then linked room reservations, which included his name in our party. However, another adult who has their own MDE acct, added that other 18+ name to hers and then linked a ticket. The person's ticket doesn't show up on my MDE acct, and that person's room reservation doesn't show up on the other adult's MDE.

How do we fix that? I thought there was a sticky for MDE, but wasn't able to find it. We would like to get this straightened out so we can go ahead and get our park reservations in and not have any other problems.

I believe that is the number I called with issues with MDE just yesterday

It was a super long wait in the evening when I called, but they answered quickly at 7 a.m
