Need help with Magical Express...

My parents are coming down with us this December. Right now they have flights the same night as us, staying in their own room at POR, dining plan, and 10 day tickets, each. If my Dad has to fly down later due to work can ME still ppick him up or would we have to change our whole pkg up since he won't be there at the beginning? They don't mind paying the extra on the tickets, and we are using the dining plan more heavily once he gets there since the crowds will be heavier towards Christmas.

Just wondering if on one reservation I can have my mom arriving on one flight one day and my dad arriving on another flight on a different day. They would both be flying out together. Does that make sense? Just trying to figure out if he would need different transportation coming in?

Meyers Shuttle said they could drop him off at POR from the airport for $20 on way. Do you think that would be faster than ME on a Saturday evening?

Makes perfect sense.
You don't need to make any changes to your room reservation/package. Just call Magical Express and schedule your mom for her arrival date/time, and your dad for his.

Each Guest named on the reservation is allowed one ride MCO>WDW on or after the date the reservation starts and one ride WDW>MCO on or before the day the reservation ends.

We do that all the time. For instance...next month, my two dd's and I arrive at WDW on a Friday, but we'll be at the Dolphin until Sunday, when we move over to BWV. So, we are getting a private car service. But...my dh arrives on Sunday, so he is using DME. That is actually the day the reservation starts but we won't be using it, just he will even though all our names on are on the reservation. Then, on Wednesday, he'll take DME back to the airport and head home. The girls and I don't leave until Friday night...and again, are taking a private car back to the airport.

We have arrived at different times and different dates many times...no problem at all.
