Need help with light transfers

I had made some tshirts for my Disney trip last Sept. with the wonderful help from you ladies! I used grey and pink shirts with dark transfers.

I have a problem and thought maybe you guys could help me.

Well, my sister wanted me to make some white tshirts with this design she gave sent me. (It's a number for each granddaughter) I went last night and bought the white shirts and thought I would need iron paper for light/white shirts. Well, her design she sent me this morning has a white number and my question is, will that show up? I thought I saw somewhere that white doesn't show up on light transfers? Should I just exchange it and get dark transfers?

Here is a picture of the design....She also has a small white name (granddaughters names) on it, but for some reason it didn't show up.

The white number will be blank on the transfers so the color of the shirt will show through. If it is a white shirt, the number will appear white when you iron it on. As for the name, it depends. If it has a border or something around it, then it will show up. If it is just a white name at the bottom, it will not show up on a white shirt.

Thanks so much! I knew you guys could help! The name is actually white like the number just a lot smaller and is on most of them somewhere in the middle of blue background. Kind of like the "#" symbol is on the design above, but the name is on the opposite side of the 7. So, if that is the case and it is white and the shirt is white, will the name also show up as white?

Yes, the name will show up as white as long as the blue is around it. When you print it, it will be clear. When you iron it on, the white of the shirt will show through.
