Need help with Fast Pass+

We can make our Fast pass selections tomorrow for our trip in May. This will be our first time using the new fast pass system.
I see that Epcot and Hollywood Studios have tiers. My question is - can I chose a tier 1 for morning, and then get another tier 2 after riding the first, in the park? Are we limited to only 1 tier 1 per day?
