Need help with family T-Shirts

Would like to get family T-Shirts to wear on the trip.
I need help finding them!
I don't think I want to make them myself. (not very crafty these days)
I have seen on a few posters pictures they have matching t- shirts.
Can anyone tell me where I can get some?
The Mickey ones with the flag background look great.
Anywhere to buy them before we leave?

In the Christmas 2002 catalog they had t-shirts that you could order and then have your familys name or somethng else put on the shirt. They had several designs available to choose from. I thinkyou can still order them. Hope this helps.

The tshirts with mickey and the flags were on clearance at TDS last year for 75% off, I think. We bought them and wore them at the parks--we had to laugh because we saw so many other families with the same idea.

TDS currently has some with the characters mostly a black and white picture and some color. They are cute. I think they read "Disney Fun Seeker". They are 50% off--kids $4.25 and adults around $8.00.

If you are craft-challenged, one good way to make your own shirts is to buy iron-on transfer sheets for your computer printer. Use any picture you'd like and add some text in your draw program, then print out and iron on the designs. The craft stores usually sell pretty cheap plain shirts ($3 or $4 each). They even sell iron on pages for dark colored shirts if you don't want white shirts.

Have you thought about checking with a company in your area that screen prints t-shirts? We've got one in our area that we use regularly to do custom t-shirts for ourselves and as gifts for others (Christmas, etc.).

My daughter usually does the design like we want it on the computer and prints it off, or we pick from designs in their catalog of choices.

The t-shirts generally run $8 - $10, and sweatshirts are $15. Of course, the price would vary depending on where you live. Before finding out about this, I had always assumed they only did jobs in large lots.

Kimmie - Go to google.com. Click on images. Then enter a topic, character, etc. You can find tons of photos that way, though they are often low resolution images that might not be great for enlarging.

Another site is webshots.com. Enter disney or disney world or whatever you want in the search field. These are photos various people have taken and posted, but they are high resolution.

The flag t shirts you see so many of us wearing are actually 4th of July leftovers. I bought ours at TDS last year and the year before when they went 75% off. It was a nice cheap way to get matching shirts. The "Disney fun seekers" shirt that TDS is currently selling is the same shirt that we got for free 2 Novembers ago. Florida Disney stores were running a promotion back then which gave you a free shirt and a gift card to use at TDS when you purchased a park hopper pass. If you have the time to wait, you can usually catch a sale at TDS, but if your trip is quickly approaching, you may have to have something made.

If you don't have time or want to get designs, why not just all wear the same color? You can get T-shirt pretty cheap at Walmart...or the craft stores...and then just wear the same on the same day and then maybe everyone wears the same pin or ball cap? I got us the name tags and we wore those a lot! That was fun! The boys were always thrown...."How did she know my name?"

I ordered the ones from the Disney Catalog that Gina mentioned at the beginning of this thread for our upcoming WDW trip and they are very cute. I had the following put on ours:

The Jones Family
Walt Disney World
March 14-22, 2003

We were very pleased with them. They had several different designs to choose from. We got the one with the Fab 5 on it. I hope this helps!!!

I would like to know if anyone has the item # and price on those shirts in the Disney catalog? I threw out that catalog by mistake, and can't seem to find the shirts on their website. As a back-up plan, I have designed my own shirt and will make them myself if I have to. What I did was create my own word search puzzle using the names of family members going on the trip (there are 15 of us). On the top, I will write our Last name, Disney Worl 2003. It will be fun for the kids to try to find their name in the puzzle. I think I used Wordsearch.com to create the puzzle.
Any other idea's would be appreciated. We will be there during the first week of August. If any of you will be there, check out our shirts.
