Need help with extra quests today.....

Some of you know Bug... aka Bugdozer on the DIS and AceBugDozer on VMK... and her son SLinkyman....

Anyway Slinkyman was rushed to the hostpital yesterday because he could not breath.... turns out he needed emergency surgurey to remove a mass in his throat that was blocking his ability to get air.... I got a short text message after the surgury that Slink is doing better, but they are going to be running a whole boat load of tests today.......

Anyway, I just dont have the time today to run the Mickey pin quest to cover them both... And since I am not sure if this quest will be around ALL weekend.... well.......If anyone could do it once or twice extra for them... I would be sooooooo grateful.

Let me know if you can help, I will be on and off the Dis all day.

Pirates is tough for me, but I will try to get an extra. I can't remember how many points we had to get for the birthday quest, but I was able to get through that one, so hopefully this one I can too! I will post again if I get it, can't play until this evening though.

I can get a couple extras for them. I've already got one and getting ready to start the next. I'm also home all day, so I have plenty of time to do the quest multiple times.

Thanks everyone. I just did my second one.... ugh 3 hours and only 2 done. lol Real life has been fun today, hard to get online....

Off to food shop/pool store and then come back clean pool, mow lawns, feed kids.......

Any thoughts as to weather or not this quest will last all weekend? It should shouldnt it?

Not even close to winning a game. I really dislike fireworks. Really liked it before I switched to an optical mouse. Now my scores are terrible.

Bears, I believe the newsletter said a new quest starts every Friday and runs until the END of the month... "These quests start every Friday in August and run until the end of the month." So for today's quest, we should have till the end of the month to do it! I'll be trying to run through it a few times for friends anyways ASAP though.

I saw that Fox, but it confused me.. rofl... so this quest will be open the longest... 3 weeks and the next one open 2 weeks and the last one runs 1 week??? Just seemed wacky to me... rofl

I am very worried about Slink and have a need to do something, but of course there in nothing I can do so I am trying to make sure they get the quest items.... you know??

It does seem a little wacky to me... it could also mean that they have a new quest every weekend that ends after the weekend is over and they just mean in general there will be quests all month (hard to tell the exact thinking behind the words lol), but I really hope it does mean they're running all month. It would be like last month's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach then --- we had extra time for the TL room, but ample time to do both Either way, don't worry, we'll have them covered!

Thanks for the info cteddies. I guess I will be able to get past it, I just hate playing pirates! I never play unless I have to for a quest. It seems like most of the time there are these people that taunt everyone the entire time. I may not even be all that terrible at playing it, I just don't enjoy it very much.

Any word on Slink's condition?

Hopefully someone is having better luck that I as fireworks. It took me 4 hours 13 second to complete the quest. And the only reason I got the score I need in fireworks is it malfuntioned and let me play to level five.

Since then I have been trying to win another pin to give to you but no luck. Still stuck in fireworks.

Judi ((((hugs)))) Beleive it or not I have had trouble with fireworks today too... my mind not in the game and I keep totally missing fireworks! I am glad to see you finally got yours though!

As for the Slinkster..... I have not heard much, other than they might be home sometime today.... so.........

I cant take my eyes of of MSN waiting for bug to log in.... Ugh.... Good thoughts Slink! Let this be a simple thing...
