Need help with directions going North

I'm leaving tomorrow and am not sure how to get to 95 North from Nationals rentals at the airport. Are there clear directional signs? Also, are there tolls leaving from Orlando International, up 95 North and through Georgia into Northern S.C. Have to go to a wedding before I can relax at Disney World and have never been in that direction. If there are tolls, what kind of change will I need?
