Need help with dates - May or late Aug

Hi,

We're planning on taking a cruise in 2008 and are undecided as to whether to do the special 5 night cruise sept 1 or a 4 night cruise in mid May. We're going to visit the parks before our trip so I was curious as to how the crowds and the heat differ in mid-May compared to the last week in August.

Over the years we have had a few cool, nice days in May, no shot at that in Late August/early Sept.

I would also worry about the hurricane season, but then here in Louisiana we do tend to schedule things with the season in mind.

Either time the crowds should be lowere than peak summer days, I think.
