Need help with computer problem

Okay my sister's computer has had IE7 installed and we want to go back to the old version. I went through System Restore and that won't work. It wasn't like this yesterday when I used it but I got on today to print something and she now has it on the computer. Please help this is something I don't know what to do. All and any help would be truly appreciated!

I got rid of mine by going into ADD/REMOVE programs off of the Control Panel.
took it right off.

I have not tried this myself, but heard that it would work from a professional consultant just yesterday. Find IE7 in the list of programs and select remove. It should revert back to IE6.

It did thank the lord. Her computer was running slower than normal with it on and it's confusing.
