Need help with car rental

I saw a recent post about a rental being dropped off and picked up at Pop. How would I arrange something similar? I had planned and like the idea of ME but would like a car for around the parks. Can someone point me in the right directions? I also saw something about renting at the Car Care Center of property. What's this?

Well for National, if you go to NationalCar.com and click on "locations" and then select FLORIDA, a pickup location for WDW Dolphin Hotel comes up, or you can choose "WDW Car Care Center" which is the main car-rental facility at WDW.

The Care Car Center is an Alamo/National station. They will pick you up for the rental and drop you off after the rental is complete.
The code for the CCC with national is orlr02, with alamo is it orlr72.
Very easy to get to, it is near the MK.
