Need help with budget for cruise...

I have been going over my budget (okay- I have been doing it daily!!!) and am considering upgrading at the port. We booked a 12 and have been upgraded to an 11. How much would it be to upgrade at the port? Another thing, anyone know how much the jet ski tour is? Could not find any info on DCL website? One last thing- how much extra $$ should I bring for tips. I already have the tips figured out- how much more should I bring??? Thank you for all your help.

The jet ski tour is $160 (double rider), $95 (single rider)

at least, it is if you are talking about the "Personal Watercraft Eco Tour"
