Need help with AP and HHN ticket pricing

So saw on the website that there is a discount on HHN tickets if you already have an annual pass. I called the Universal ticket number and whoever I got was not helpful at all. I already have annual passes, but have never been to HHN so I'm not sure how everything works. I saw on the website that you can buy an add-on ticket if you purchase day tickets at the same time at a discount, but could not find where you would buy the annual pass price HHN ticket. So does this even exist?

If it matters, I'm looking at 10/31 for 2 people and I would also buy the HHN express pass at the same time. I would have to buy them ahead of time because I need to book airfare and don't want to take the chance that both aren't available since we are on a very limited time schedule.
