I did a LOT of my Christmas shopping this year through Amazon with the free Prime membership. I enjoyed watching the Gold Box Deals and Lightning Deals and bought quite a few.
On Dec 17 there was a set of Pierre Cardin luggage on a Lightning Deal for $79.99 or $89.99 (can't remember which) - regular price was $169.99. I decided to order it as a gift for DS21. I'm positive I ordered it at the deal price (would never have bought it at the regular price) but my invoice shows the price of $169.99.
I really don't want to return the luggage for a few reasons: I already gave it to DS21; it's a very nice set; and it will cost a fortune to ship it back. Ideally I would contact Amazon to check on this and they would give it to me for the deal price. But I can't find anywhere on the Amazon site to contact them!
So, do you have suggestions on how to contact Amazon? Or some other idea as to how to fix this problem? Help!
