My DS4 is having a mini-Olympics and I am in charge of snacks afterwards. Any ideas with an Olympic theme? The only thing I can come up with is rice krispies put into an ice-cream cone and shaped like an Olympic torch, but I need to make 24 and that seems like a major project!! Plus I don't know if 4 year-olds would "get" it. Looking for some other ideas. Thanks in advance.

Are they supposed to be healthy or treat snacks?

What about using the olympic colours (from the rings) to create a theme..perhaps on cupcakes or muffins?

What if you use the mini ice cream cones, instead of regular sized ones?

Also, how about cut out cookies in the shape of olympic rings? or use breadsticks/ pretzel dough to make them. Or color nilla wafers?

Loop cereal (fruit loops, apple jacks) and "glued" together with frosting, icing, marshmallow cream in the Rings shape.

Anything cheese would represent that area. Fondue is popular in Northern Italy. Fun, messy.

When I was in college we had a "Twisting Party" to celebrate the Olympics, specifically Ice Skating. We had twizzlers, and twisted bread sticks, Tropicana Twister, and others. Not sure if this would work with young kids, but maybe it gives you some ideas. When I taught pre-school we made each child a medal and had a little competition but I don't remember any specific snacks. It sounds like so much fun!
