Ok here is my situation. My mom had originally brought me my wedding dress. I loved it but when it came time to have it altered no one would alter it! I am short (under 5') and i took that into consideration when dress shopping. Well i found this dress the store alterations said that yes even though it would be really long they could fix it. Well a month before my wedding i go for alterations and they won't even touch it, even after we had then sign a contract saying that yes they would. Well, I ended up having to go buy another dress for my wedding.
Now i have my original dress just hanging in my closet. It is brand new with tags only been wore for a fit that lasted 5 minutes because of the refusal to alter. I need to sell it but have no idea of where to post it online to try and sell it. So if you have suggestions of websites i would really appreciate them. OR if your interested in it PM me.

For those that a wondering what the dress looks like here it is:

There is the site idonowidont.com - it is more for people who were engaged and started planning a wedding, and then it fell through though. Therefore, the dresses and rings, etc. are usually marked down a lot. But it may be worth a shot!

I'm sorry about the dress! I feel your pain - I'm only 4'11 and alterations were a big concern when I was trying on dresses. I'm glad that you were able to find a new one though!

I just had to say it's beautiful and I love the colours... just like mine! Is it Alfred Angelo?
